Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) is a state-wide initiative effort that seeks to reduce gang-related crime with a priority based on high gang activity data as identified by the PSN Research Partner. AZ Common Ground is responsible for the reentry services provided to clients targeted by this initiative.
